Talitsy Lodge – Where Is It?

Talitsy Lodge is located in Talitsy settlement, only 18km away from Pereslavl-Zalessky. The settlement is located on the border of Plescheevo Ozero National Park and is surrounded with the forest. This place is known for the writer Mikhail Prishvin who spent some years in the neighbouring village Kupanskoe and described the local nature in his numerous short stories.

There's a narrow-gauge rail transport museum in Talitsy. Unique pieces were brought to this museum by the enthusiasts of the transport history from all over the country.

The distinctiveness of this place is in the fact that it is located in the forest, but at the same time not far from Pereslavl, the city with a really rich history, the city which is a part of the Golden Ring of Russia. Here you can enjoy the nature and the silence but at your request the intense programme of cultural activities can be offered.
